Every first appointment with me starts with an additional 30mins scheduled at no charge to ensure we have ample time to connect and address all your needs. Not only will we spend a lot of time investigating what currently is happening with your hair, we will talk all about your routine, products and so much more! I will even share a bit about my training in hair design that starts with utilizing your personal bone structure. That's right NOT your face shape but your bone structure...  

After designing a personalized hairstyle for you, we will discuss various styling options. I will share with you all the tips and tricks I have learned over my 27+ years in the industry to keep your style as effortless as possible. You can expect to feel heard, educated, and very well taken care of throughout your appointment.  Towards the end of our time together you will receive my personal hair care recommendations with instructions on exactly how to use them. Last but not least, together we will work to build a game plan to upkeep your new, fresh look.

My request of you

I ask only a few favors. These are all to help me give you the best experience possible. Please show up 10-15 mins before your appointment.  This allows for enough time for you to check in and fill out a brief questionnaire so that I have all the contact info we need from you to set up a client profile that will help me keep track of important information on you and your services. I am also requesting that you make a list of what products you are currently using or have in your personal collection. Please write down both the brand name and product name. This will help me understand what products you are accustomed to working with. This extra bit of information, along with our full consultation, will give me the clearest picture of what's been used in your hair. Together our goal will be to find you the perfect product combinations for your current style, in turn making styling your hair as carefree as possible.
